Design Problem
Classmates.com members don’t use all of the services available on the website, and don’t fully understand the Classmates comparision tool, giving them less incentive to renew their memberships.
What I Did
I designed a visual wayfinding system, a set of icons, to help identify a tool on Classmates.com that lets members compare themselves to other members based on a set of criteria such as their residence distance from their high school or income.
How It Helped
Classmates.com Membership grew from 16 million members to more than 30 million members within one year of implementation of our wayfinding system.
